Over the weekend of April 22nd, ReKoner Kristina Kondrath attended the Tribeca Film Festival in New York with the feature film TILT. Kristina was a producer on the film and was joined at the festival by director Kasra Farahani, fellow producer Giri Tharan, and the leads Joseph Cross and Alexia Rasmussen. The film had four sold out screenings during the festival. After the festival ReKon intern Fiona interviewed Kristina about her experience.
Back in February ReKon helped SwipeMarket on a promotional video for Nimble Storage entitled CLOUD FARMER, with Adi Cabigting was on set for ReKon. The finished video turned out phenomenally and we couldn’t be happier with our collaboration with SwipeMarket.
A couple of weeks again, we had the pleasure of collaborating with director Paige Morrow Kimball on another Sesame Street segment that was shot on a farm in Santa Barbara. The footage from the weekend looks amazing, and we can’t wait for the finished video to air in an episode of Sesame Street.
The end of April saw the return of our much beloved newsletter. The ReKon newsletter has taken many forms over the last few years in order to deliver news about ReKon. Now “The Recon” is a quarterly update highlighting company happenings, projects, and studio productions over the last quarter.
